Working as a group – committing as individuals
The values of the Encevo Group are shared principles that go beyond business catchphrases. They determine what we do in our day-to-day professional life and embody our attitude towards our work, our colleagues, our customers and everybody we interact with in our work.
RESPECT
We value our colleagues, our employer and all those we interact with as part of our work. We care for tomorrow and manage resources efficiently and responsibly. This is part of our contribution to a successful energy transition, a secure energy supply and a world worth living in for future generations.
TEAM SPIRIT
We work together and are aware that the skills and the experience of each single person are key success factors. We are a reliable partner for our customers and our other stakeholders in all energy-related areas.
COMMITMENT
We are proud to be part of Encevo Group and we identify with our company. We are ambitious; we show initiative and courage to reach our goals. We constantly expand our knowledge and take an innovative approach.
EXCELLENCE
We are dedicated and feel responsible for the success of the group. We constantly seek to improve, are results-oriented and act in a sustainable way to deliver service excellence to our customers.
Driven by what we do – inspired by how we do it
We firmly believe that the sustainability of a company is not only determined by what it does but also by how it behaves. Being a leading player in our sector and our geography, we provide individuals, businesses and entire communities with the energy they need to fuel their projects and parts of their life. They rely on us and we must prove that we deserve their trust.
By adopting an integrated approach to the economic, environmental, ecological and social dimensions of our activity, we seek to create stable long-term relationships with all customers. These are based on quality of services rendered, innovative products, and reliable and sustainable energy supply. But they are also based on our commitment to the highest standards of legal and ethical behaviour in all our activities.
Our group is working hard to justify the confidence of our employees, customers, business partners, stakeholders and all those we interact with as part of our work. We need to be responsible and reliable, which of course includes complying with all laws and regulations. But we must also strive to go further when it is fair, relevant and possible. Service availability and reliability, transparent governance, fair procurement practices and respect for privacy are essential topics for the Encevo Group.

Helping to lead the energy transition
As awareness of climate change steadily increases, businesses and countries alike are stepping up their CO2 reduction plans. For Encevo, protecting the environment is an overall concern and the group is actively committed to the reduction of energy consumption and the increase of renewable energy in order to reduce resource use and emissions of greenhouse gases. More details can be found in our Environmental Policy.
Sustainability is a key preoccupation for our group. It is a top priority of our management and we try to involve our people on all levels of the strategy building process and the operational rollout. Our Sustainability Policy sets a clear framework for taking responsibility for coming generations by contributing to sustainable development.
Encevo clearly sees itself as a driving force, and a reliable partner for its customers, in accelerating the deployment of renewable energy and increasing its share within the energy mix in Luxembourg and the Greater Region. Since the energy transition requires a systemic and collaborative answer, Encevo Group strives for an intense collaboration in the Greater Region to address the upcoming energy challenges.
In this context, the Encevo Group joined the European Clean Hydrogen Alliance. As this alliance intends to be an important element helping decarbonization and supporting climate neutrality, it is part of our commitment to a sustainable energy transition. We believe that it can play a role in this path and by signing this declaration, we want to contribute to the European objectives of reducing greenhouse gas emissions. With the alliance, the European Union wants to build its global leadership in this domain, to support the EU’s commitment to reach carbon neutrality by 2050.
